Kevin Meyer
Director
Kevin is a qualified chartered surveyor. For over 30 years he has specialised in capital allowances and was previously owner of a boutique tax incentives consultancy before setting up Capex Consulting in 2021. Kevin has acquired considerable knowledge of all property tax-based incentives and has acted on many of the UK's largest property investment deals and construction projects.

Russell Gwilliam
Director
Russell is a chartered construction manager and member of the RICS. With a background in surveying, Russell became involved in capital allowances and tax incentives for property investment over two decades ago. His strength is in the analysis of complex and large-scale construction projects.
